We have used Ace Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs ever since they found out what the problem was in our basement with an odour. Every other company we phoned were unable to determine the source. Ace found the problem and fixed it to our delight and satisfaction. Employees are very friendly and efficient and we always get good service.

I have been using Ace Plumbing since they installed my water heater. They are always prompt and pleasant when they come on a yearly basis to inspect and service as part of the ten-year warranty. They take the worry out of having a water heater. Thank you ACE! You are an ace in my book!
I called Ace plumbing based on a referral from a co-worker. The lady that answered the phone and was very pleasant, understanding and very helpful. She called back to let me know a technician could get to me, and asked if it was still ok with my work schedule.
Geof was right here very shortly afterwards. He was very polite, friendly and professional. I explained what had been happening and his thoughts were along the same lines as mine. He suggested doing a simple flush with household product and advised if it did not clear up within a couple of days, he would gladly come back out. His suggestion took care of the problem and we are now happy and smell free. Thank you Ace and Geof. I am for sure holding on tight to your card. I find its becoming very difficult to get a helpful service without upsell to expensive products of services. Thank you agian!!

When I called Ace plumbing Robyn answered the phone and was very pleasant and helpful. Robyn gave me a window of time they would come and fix a leaky valve under my sink. Geoffrey was right on time very professional friendly and did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with the service we got. Thanks Geoffrey and Robyn.
