Ace Plumbing is a great company to deal with. We've had the opportunity to work with Bernie and Derek, two field service technicians. They were able to sort out a puzzling problem we were having with one of our systems. We also like their proactive approach to taking steps to avert problems in the future. The technicians are forthcoming with information and provide clear explanations about how to manage new equipment. We appreciate the professionalism of the office staff as well.

Ryan was prompt and friendly, he assessed the problem right away. Pointed out what was the problem and the best way to fix it, quoted us a good & fair price to do the work. Finishing up by giving us some instruction on what has been done and anything that might pop up in the future, cleaned up and went on his way. He did a very good job we are very happy!! thank you.

Replaced a blower motor for me in the middle of the night on a weekend after ours siezed up. Was able to locate a specific part and complete the installation in under an hour. Ridiculously expensive, but that's to expected with these things. It was 8 degrees in my house at the time of the service and the tech was a super nice guy. Only shop in Calgary that was able to help out at 4am on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend if you're in a bind and need work done ASAP.

First off really impressed with the confirmation of the call, the updates on arrival of service, the introduction of the service tech before he arrives along with a bio and picture. Also being able to track were he is if that is something you need. Ryan was prompt, cheerful and very informative of service options for this job. He also offered a number of recommendations for the plumbing in our home if we wanted to makes some changes. Answered questions about other topics I game him, very informative and helpful. Also advised of service plans available that could give savings and preventative measures for the next two years. Did not feel any pressure to sign. Received the invoiced immediately by email along with quotes for a number of options. Very happy and a good experience. I had a 40 year old main water valve changed. Thanks Ryan
