Sewer pipe blockage
After doing a load of laundry downstairs the basement started to flood.
Called 311 and was told they couldn't help, so phoned Ace Plumbing and Brian Olsen came to our rescue! After assessing the situation, spending a few hours trying to remove the blockage, he explained tree roots were blocking the main pipe and would need to be replaced. Set up a time and price.
When it came to the appointment, Brian did one last check thru and discovered the blockage was not located on our property but was the City's responsibility. Even though the accepted cost of repair was reasonable, Brian just saved us thousands since the repair would now be free. The most honest, charismatic plumber I've met in a while. Would highly recommend Ace Plumbing and specifically Brian Olsen
I had problems with my sump pump. The tech arrived on time and was pleasant explained what could be the issues, possible best case and worst case scenarios and got to work. Finished the job and explained what he found and it was best case scenario !! I was relieved..everything is working again !! I would use Ace plumbing again !
We had an emergency situation with a severe drain blockage. The answering service was very efficient and the technician who arrived to help us was extremely competent. The service was prompt and efficient. We were very impressed with the service and we would definitely recommend Ace Plumbing and Heating to anyone requiring assistance for this type of work.

Brandon managed to make the scheduled appointment on Christmas Eve, solved the problem and gave helpful advice on how to prevent it in the future. Would recommend.

Ace Plumbing responded the same day that I called in with a leaking faucet. It was leaking quite a bit so the quick response was greatly appreciated. Brandon was the service tech sent. He was polite and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Thank you so much.
