We had a drainage block over the weekend. Nat, the plumber who showed up, was excellent. He was quick getting to our house on short notice, identified and solved the issue, was very friendly and professional the whole time.

Ace was originally called to fix our 40 year old furnace that had stopped working - they did get it up and running but we figured it was time for a replacement.
As always, they provided the quote up front with all costs itemized. They showed up promptly and got the job done right! The tech (Brandon) has been out to our home before for another fix and is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I have been using Ace for plumbing/HVAC needs since 2007 and I highly recommend them.

The work itself was great- the business processes not so much. Was quoted $1599 to replace the hot water tank, with additional fees that I was not told about it was already 2k by the time they rung it through. I was then offered 3 packages at 2k, 2.5k, and 3.3k. There was no pressure to get any package. All additional charges were reasonable, I was just a bit surprised by them is all :).

There was some issues with payment, which they have been really good about working with me to resolve this. I recommend using their pay by e transfer service if you don't have a lot of room on your CC.

Work was professional and complete, price isn't the cheapest, but when it comes to my house, reliability and service length are more important than rock bottom prices.

Would not hesitate to have them in my house again.

This company was recommended to me by a friend. Brandon was the technician who attended today to repair my toilet. Both the office and Brandon called to let me know arrival time and upon arrival. After inspection of the problem, repair was explained and cost quoted. Brandon was knowledgeable and work performed in a timely manner. I am very happy with the service I received and highly recommend this company for their expertise and excellent service, which is rare these days.
