Great service, professional from the first phone call, to the texts indicating who and when they will be arriving, all the way to the diagnosis and solution to the problem. Eddie the plumber, was our main contact and he went above and beyond over two days to assist with an extremely difficult problem. Highly recommend, ask for Eddie.
Brian was amazing. Great sense of humour and took time to advise us and give us recommendations on our furnace. Process was easy and timely and we had our heat running quickly and efficiently. An absolutely amazing experience and now we have ideas about what we can do on a number of different topics including air conditioning and humidity levels!!!! Called on a Sunday afternoon and had Brian Olsen at my house within 2 hrs, and he fixed our drain blockage/sewer backup into the basement drain. Amazing service, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. 5/5 stars.
