We needed a kitchen faucet installed. Had trouble finding someone to return our calls, but Ace booked us in quickly and described what would happen. They waved the call-out fee too. Nat arrived, excellent communication about timing, and quickly installed our faucet. He was helpful at answering questions about our water system and our heating system. Turns out technicians are trained across all service areas. A bonus! Would highly recommend Ace for plumbing or heating needs.
