Ace Plumbing recently replaced our leaking hot water tank. We were very pleased with the prompt and efficient technician who responded to our call. He explained our options, was very pleasant and professional and patiently answered all our questions, then proceeded to replace our old tank in a very timely manner. Workmanship was excellent. we wouldn't hesitate to call Ace Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.
When our water heater went on Dec 23, we called Ace Plumbing and Heating. Within a little more than an hour we had Brandon at our door with a new tank. Brandon was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient with all our questions. He explained everything to us and went to work to replace our worn out heater. We were more than pleased with his work and would highly recommend him and Ace Plumbing.
Extremely satisfied! Brian Olsen was knowledgeable and courteous, as he patiently explained all the plumbing issues at my place. Plus, this company's pricing practices do not try to take advantage of the customers.
To be honest, they weren't my first choice, and my first choice doesn't charge $240 for walking in the door... my first choice is $80 cheaper. However, Ace promptly answered the phones on Christmas Eve during the morning, and had a guy out to us in an hour. They were professional, courteous, got the job done. No complaints on service. My first choice of plumber contacted me soon as Ace left my house, and it seems overall I could've saved myself about $120 on the same service. I get it, Ace doesn't work Sundays and I was paying 'after hours'. I'd use them again, but only in an emergency if my first choice was too busy.
Brandon provide outstanding service! We had a leaking faucet, which I had tried to repair, and he repaired it in no time. Brandon walked me through everything that was to be done and gave me a quote before starting any work. We are extremely happy with our new faucet and the with the repairs to the water line. I would ask for Brandon for any future plumbing issues/repairs. Thanks!
Second time Nat came to my home to replace a major mechanical appliance. The first time was a water tank, this time was the furnace.
