Andrew came to us in the middle of the night and quickly resolved what we feared would be a catastrophic situation with our drain. He put my mind at ease by evaluating everything and explaining what was going on, as well as talking about things to do in the future after resolving the issue.

We have had Brian out to our place a couple of times now and he always does an excellent job, friendly, attentive and always leaves the area clean and tidy. Seriously 5/5 stellar service, couldn't recommend them enough.
After much research and getting estimates for a 75 gallon hot water tank installation, I got my fourth and final in-home estimate from Ace Plumbing. Derek, the plumber who was friendly and informative, offered me a sweet deal that included financing & 6 month no pay and interest. Plus, I asked Jack, the owner for a discount and instead threw in a wellness package for 10 year warranty on free labour/parts and an annual check-up on the tank. I accepted the deal. When I asked to schedule the installation for the end of March, he said, that we can do it today. I exclaimed, "Wow ... let's go ahead and make it happen as it's my day off!" Derek explained the installation process throughout the 5 hours and it was seamless from bringing in a new tank and taking the old one away as I live in a walk-up. Plus, Robyn, the admin. employee answered my questions around the financing which I appreciated. I recommend Ace for their superior service and their financing offer. Most companies do not have financing. I was grateful that I did not have to fork out a lot of money at once. Thanks Ace!
We had a faulty water heater that Ace installed a few years ago. Came home to it leaking in the basement, I phoned Ace and they quickly dispatched a team who came in, looked at the problem and fixed it. Since the water heater was still under Ace's warranty they took out the faulty water heater and replaced it with a brand new one. Staff was great to deal with from the phone staff to the guys who came and did the work, plus cleaned up. One of the techs even came back to make sure all was working well and there were no problems! Really great service all around.
Bernie was efficient and straight forward. Chelsea was attentive and kind.
Geoff was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and fast and helpful in getting what we needed done.
