I got home from my 3 week vacation with no heat in the house and it was sitting at 2 degrees until Derek came to fix it. He was very careful and knowledgeable. He advised me a couple things and really explained to me what happened before proceeding to work. His work ethic is awesome so I'm gonna give him a 5 star
The plumber who came was very helpful and professional. I was a bit disappointed with the high charge for the Saturday call out. I understand that it would be more than a regular call out, but your price point is very high.
