Everyone at this company was awesome...from the agent on the phone to both technicians who came out. They were fair, honest, taught me a lot, utilized a vent drain on this hot water heater the builder and the second company didn't. Everyone was very easy to talk to and we all even had some good laughs. I would highly recommend Ace Plumbing for your needs!
On time, answered all my questions & explained everything in easy to understand language.
The only issue is that the parts are proprietary & need to be replaced by a company representative. You cannot replace the thermostat yourself.

I called at about 8:30 AM, and was told a technician would be there within the hour. Nat was as good as the word I was given - he was there at 9:30 AM. The work was done thoroughly, a full explanation given, and different price options presented. Extremely professional, and the work has held up over the last few days. I will say, it was quite expensive, but given my leaky faucet was completely fixed within two hours and prevented further damage, it was well worth it. He even checked the water pressure. Great stuff.
He came on time and got to work. He feel did a good job. As I am unfamiliar with plumbing problems I will have other family members read his report. I was stunned at how much it would cost to put everything right
Called for an emergency replacement of a leaking water heater. They came right away and took care of it quickly. Great service!

Ace Plumbing were excellent to deal with, from the person who answered the phone to the plumber(Nat) who did the work. Prices were explained to me before work was started, which I appreciated. I would recommend Ace Plumbing to everyone.
