We've used Ace Plumbing twice this year. The first was to replace the pipe under the sink that deteriorated and some ************ outside the house. The second was clearing our badly clogged kitchen sink that has taken abuse through the years. In both instances, Ace Plumbing was easy to contact, very prompt, and has given us options and communicated well. Their quotes were itemized and priced well. We had the same tech come out which made it easier to relate as he was already familiar with our setup. We appreciate the professional help and looking forward to continue to do business with them.
We have been using Ace for years and the company has never disappointed. Brandon was here the other day for our annual maintenance. He was polite, knowledgeable and answered all our questions that my husband and I had. Not to forget Beth in office administration who has always been helpful, polite and respectful.
Brandon come out on a long weekend within an hour of my emergency call! We were unsure about a leak in our furnace room and under our dishwasher. Brandon was thorough, explained everything as he went and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
I wanted a kitchen faucet replaced. I noticed that *** was working at a neighbour's house and called the office to ask their tech to stop by my house when he was done there. He'd just left the previous job but returned to look at my project. He gave me an estimate on the spot and I agreed to go ahead. I purchased my own faucet a couple days later and then called Ace for the installation. *** offered an appointment for the next day in a 2-hour timeframe. As the time approached, *** called to say that the nominated tech was running late but that another tech had been dispatched to complete the installation. He (******) arrived within a half hour, looked at the installation, verified the cost and got to work. He completed the installation professionally and quickly. He cleaned up, collected all the old materials and packaging, and left. A job well done. Thnx Ace.
I called Ace Plumbing, and the Lady ( Beth) on the phone was great, she booked us an appointment right away.
The young man Brandon called to let us know when he was on his way. He was on time and very professional. He took his time to explain everything he was doing. He offered ideas on resolving our issue.

WE HAD NO HOT WATER FRIDAY SEP 29. I CALLED SEVERAL PLUMBERS BUT EVERYONE WAS VERY BUSY TO HELP. OUT OF ALL THE CALLS I MADE ONE PLUMBING COMPETITION GAVE ME THE ***** NUMBER FOR ACE PLUMBING AND HEATING.I CALLED ACE. **** WAS VERY RESPECTFUL AND EQUALLY POSITIVE IN HER DESIRE TO HELP. HELP SHE CERTAINLY SENT - IN THE FORM OF *****.***** CALLED ME HALF HOUR LATER AND TOLD ME HE WOULD BE AT OUT HOUSE AROUND 11AM. HE ARRIVED ON TIME. ***** IS A VERY POSITIVE INDIVIDUAL, WITH A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR, AND A DISTINCT PERSONALITY. HE GOT STARTED RIGHT AWAY AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. THE PARTS ARRIVED SHORTLY THEREAFTER AND IN ABOUT 3 HOURS ***** AND HIS HELPER REPLACED OUR TWO HOT WATER TANKS.***** AND HIS HELPER WORKED VERY HARD TO GET US HOT WATER.I THANK ****, ***** AND THE HELPER FOR THEIR FAST SERVICE.A REQUEST TO THE ***** OF ACE - YOU HAVE TWO CROWN JEWELS IN THE FORM OF ***** AND ****.
