His customer service skill and his sense of humour is such a breath of fresh air, since it seems like good customer service is going the way of the Dodo.

We had a water heater blowout and they responded fast at midnight and worked until 2am. We are very thankful for how well he worked and at the time he did. I would highly recommend this service for anyone Nat did an amazing job.

Nat was amazing
Explained what he was doing for the repair. Explained why my water line into my IBC boiler unit failed (shoddy workmanship from the builder's plumber) and how the repair will NEVER break like the original connection did.
